Resource Profile: VA PGHD Observation Profile for Workout Activity Summaries

VA PGHD Observation profile for a group of workout activities with workout category. It requires code from the workout activity valueset.

It is required by SMHD app to validate the use of the recommended valueset in creating workouts observation resource.
